You can ask for a refund within 14 days of a paid purchase, straight from your purchases page.
When we refund
We refund whenever the component fails to deliver what it promised.
- Broken code
- description mismatch
- duplicate purchase
When we don't refund
Some situations fall outside the policy.
- Requests after 14 days
- free components
- repeated abuse of the policy
- changes you made to the code
How it works
Send the request with a reason. Our moderation team replies within 5 business days and the money goes back to the original payment method.
Impact on creators
A refunded sale is removed from the creator's balance and lowers the component's curation score.
Abuse
Accounts that systematically buy, install and refund lose access to paid components.
