Content Policy — Forje

Allowed use

You may use Forje to build, host, remix and share web apps, landing pages, tools and components for personal or commercial purposes, provided your use complies with applicable law and this policy.

Prohibited content

The following content and behaviour are not allowed on any published project, component or asset.

• Malware, miners, keyloggers or credential exfiltration
• Phishing pages impersonating other brands or services
• Illegal content, CSAM, or content sexualising minors
• Hate speech, harassment or incitement to violence
• Spam, scraping abuse or automated fraud
• Unauthorised use of third-party copyrighted assets

Marketplace & component rules

Components and templates listed for sale must be functional as described, free of hidden malicious code, and must not resell content you do not have rights to. Listings are subject to automated and manual review before and after publication.

Intellectual property & licensing

You retain ownership of the content you create. By publishing to the public gallery or marketplace, you grant other users a licence to view, remix or purchase your work under the terms shown on the listing. You are responsible for having the rights to any assets you upload.

Revenue share & payouts

Sales through the marketplace are subject to a platform fee, deducted before payout. Payouts are processed on the schedule shown in your creator dashboard and may be withheld while a dispute, chargeback or moderation review is open.

Moderation & enforcement

Automated scanners and human reviewers check published projects and listings for violations. Enforcement may include unpublishing content, removing a listing, withholding payouts, suspending a marketplace seller, or suspending the account, depending on severity.

Appeals

If your content was removed or your account restricted, you may request a review by contacting support with the case details. We aim to respond to appeals within a reasonable timeframe.

Reporting abuse

If you find content that violates this policy, report it using the report action on the project or listing, or contact support@forjedev.com with a link and description.
